1 CommentsI took the one-day tour in the ruins of Roman civilization. The CATHEDRAL is located on the highest point and has a beautiful view of the city. A few museums like CIRQUE and I just loved ANFITEATRO, but all the rest was marked as a copy of the original. I was fooled, I thought everything was the real thing! But ok, the city has nice beaches and the view with the ruins is just amazing, people say it is quite trendy in the summer.
0 CommentsParque Nacional de los Glaciares is the largest continental ice extension after Greenland and Antarctic, with about 50 glaciers. I knew the only one that keeps renewing itself since the beginning of times. The parts surrounded by mountains grow almost 8 inches a day, and in the inner part up to 2 meters a day. Its size remains the same as always, because everyday huge chunks of ice break off and the make a scary noise.
0 CommentsI was in love with Tokyo and decided to stay there the 10 days my boyfriend and I had to stay in the land of the rising sun. My sister-in-law, born in the Japanese capital, advised us to spare a few days in Kyoto – the most beautiful city in Japan, according to her and some Japanese friends we have. The disappointment was evident when I told people I preferred Tokyo over Kyoto.
2 CommentsWhoever goes to Foz do Iguaçu has the opportunity to visit 3 countries in one day or in three – like I did. When the rivers Iguaçu and Paraná meet it is possible to see the Brazilian, Argentinean and Paraguayan flags, each one in its own country.
